Question - Please Answer.

When i wake up, and just depart from the dream state ill feel my arm move as i was doing it in my dream just as i wake up. Sometimes as if im running or moving my arms, but im not actually moving my arms or legs ect. What is this? A jerk of some sought ?

You should be in Sleep paralysis, so your body shouldn't move; when you wake up you jerk or twitch because your body is no longer in sleep paralysis
