I thought this question would be better here than in the Lucid Aids forum, mostly because I want a general consensus for the question as well as this forum is more frequently visited.

I purchased a bottle of 5 mg Melatonin Tablets as well as a bottle of 100 mg B6 tablets.

In order to achieve the greatest results from these supplements when should I ingest them as well as how much should I take?

If there are different times/amounts for each of them please let me know
