      Has anyone ever seen this?

Ok. Im going to my hardest to explain what i saw a few nights ago. Just wanna see what the hell happened here cause it was just flat out weird.

Ok so there have been two time, this being one of them, where i have tried to lucid dream, and somewhat achieved it, yet, it was something more...different? This place has no color, only every so often do you se something with color but it will be outlined, not filled. It reminds me of a wireframe model of a room, as if looking through a game creating software you know? I have never had control in this place, the first time it happened, it was my room, and i thought it was a lucid dream, but it weasnt because when i would try to walk around i would be stumbling, and something i couldnt see felt like i was being forcefully pushed around and pushed back onto my bed which felt like a water bed, it was hard to keep trying to raise up, like something was pinning me down. It wasnt startling or scary to me or anything. This place was dark, but i could see, i couldnt get any light to form, usually its easy.

The second one was but a few nights ago, but this is slighly different. This time i thought i was lucid dreaming but i couldnt get my dream to form, instead i my vision went haywire and i couldnt see anything but a row of 3d rectangles that would sway and change with every direction i m,oved my eyes, but it was never random the way they moved. If i looked too far right i would see what looked like a freaking eye. I couldnt do anything in it so i made myself get up, cause it was starting to mess with my eyes.

Do you know of anybody's dream journal that has a non-REM dream. I would like to see somebody's non-REM dream, because i can't remember any that i have had. I know that they are hard to remember; so i imagine that they're would be very few, even on dreamviews' journals. Anyway, do you know of a journal on dreamviews with a non-REM dream record in it?

No, sorry. My reply was based on something I think I read in Dream Power (Ann Farady's book). Early in the history of dream research, after they had discovered the nature of REM sleep, they started waking people up in different stages of the sleep cycle and asking them about their dreams. It was this research that discovered that EVERYONE dreams during REM cycle - even the people who believed they never dreamed. Anyway, they also discovered that people sometimes had dreams in non-REM parts of the cycle but the dreams were . . . hold on. I found the section in Dream Power and I will relate it here. Page 44

      "The Wasteland of NREM Sleep

This vague kind of NREM dream in which the dreamer wanders through gray streets conversing with strangers is so often elicited from laboratory awakenings that it deserves further comment."

"Some subjects were frankly worried by the amorphous nature of these dreams, in which they often felt disoriented or even disembodied."

"It is like wandering in no-man's land conversing with ghosts and feeling quite lost"

I don't know if your experience is NREM dreaming, HH, or maybe some aspect of SP. I'm just throwing this out on the table.

Yes. The first account i posted was right before i had a lucid dream. Same room to, so i had drawn the conclusion that i jumped into a premature dream or something.

HOWEVER, i had to wake up and then try again to get the LUCID dream.
