      A lucid Nightmare

I've never been afraid of having a lucid nightmare, but my first lucid nightmare experience left me powerless. Let me explain: I was standing in the hallway in my house, and it felt like.. Like I was unplugged. My vision swam, and there was this piercing noise and my body racked with pain. I realized I was dreaming, and tried to reach up and do the noseplug RC, But I couldn't move my hands. I figured I'd just assume I was dreaming and hope for the best. The waves of pain kept crashing over my body, and I could barely walk. I tried to scream for help, but I couldn't open my mouth. Suddenly I started to suffocate, it was impossible to breathe, and I felt like I was about to die. I woke up, and couldn't get back to sleep for another hour.

What do I do in a situation like this? I'm lucid, but I can't move.
And now.. for a Stephen Strutmeyer Film...

You should close your eyes, count "1, 2, 3" and try to force your eyes open. I heard that works.
