Thread: What to do with the in-between state?

Now, when I am realize I am dreaming, I either become lucid in the same dream or my brain won't allow it and it'll need to restart with a new dream.

This can take some time, where I am asleep but perfectly conscience; everything is black. I pretty much wait, reassuring myself that I will lucid dream... and I do.

Is there anything else I may do in this in-between state, to make better use of my time?

Next time look around to see if you have a body. Reflect on what state of reality you are in. Are you simply a point of pure consciousness? If so, then what are the implications of that?

I have been there too. It seems like conscious sleeping to me. The next time I aim to recognize this formless and timeless state as my own intellect to cultivate the highest state of concsiousness possible for that moment
