Lucid Dreaming Raises Awareness of Surroundings

I have noticed i am highly aware of my surroundings. And I don't remember it always being that way, so I wondered when it happened and I remembered i am an LDer. So I think LDing has made me highly tuned with my surroundings, which could be very beneficial. Like i notice things way before alot of other people. And it has also made me very observent of people, and how they act. Like i have found myself sometimes predicting how someone is going to react. Which made me wonder. How much free will do we really have? Are we wired to act a certain way and react a certain way? I just thought this was worth discussing.

I actually think it works both ways. In order to even become Lucid you need something to tip off your awareness.

The best way to become lucid in the first place is to be highly aware of your surroundings. Its not unlikely that it works both ways, like a double-edged sword.
