When I take a afternoon nap I will drink a cup of coffee first and then lay in bed. Ultimately I'm trying to induce a WILD someday but for now I just lay in bed and do a deep relaxation excerise. So I start at my feet and relax everything to my head. Often times when I reach my neck I am already so relaxed that I lose the effort to continue and then I just lay there paying attention to my body. Then after a few minutes is when these like waves of relaxation start flowing through my body and its quite interesting to feel. Then I start seeing through my eyelids which feels so real cause I'm asking myself did I open my eyes because I am really seeing my room. Then I kinda go in and out of consciousness until I fall asleep. So this is my question, what is this exactly that I'm experiencing? |
