      Pre-Hypnotic suggestion

Recently I have been curious to know if anyone has used hypnosis to plant a hypnotic suggestion into the sub-concious mind to have or attain lucidity.

I have noticed that WILDing is extremely similar to self-hypnotic induction.

I am also aware that there are several hypnotic mp3's geared toward lucid dreaming. Although the ones I've heard sound a bit creepy.

      Anyone actually tried it?
I wouldn't be paranoid if they weren't out to get me!

I have used the brainwave lucid. flac/mp3 and the NLP induction from MOSH.(see according thread)

So far the MOSH gave me one LD after the second try and none since (10x) however it helped with some other issues.
It is also supposed to improve your recall, but currently I'm having mostly one vague draem a night... the most. Used to be a lot better... we'll see

The brainwave seems pretty strong, however it didn't do anything yet (tried 2x so far)

But I'm currently experimenting a lot (B5/6/12, Melatonin, Bananas, Mg etc.) which can affect my results.

Since starting to read the forum here (3 Weeks now?) I had 2 LD which destabilized very quickly :/

      I'm looking into hypnosis now.

I'm currently listening to a tape set by Mark Cunningham.

From what I've learned so far, it's possible to do this. It's extremely interesting, the things that you can change about yourself. Incredible even.

Hmmmm... what the guy says on his website sounds a bit dodgy... but anyway keep us updated.
I'm still on the Brainwave thing... 5nights but no significant change.

      Update:

Some days have passed and I gave up on the Brainwave... doesn't do anything for me and I "trance out" better on MOSHs MP3. However it didn't do much yet...the one dream so far might just have been by chance.
