      Dream is in control

I completely understand dream control. Like how the dreams are you so instead of bending the spoon you bend yourself and all that. But it feels like something else is in control. This is really anoying me because every time i become lucid i waist the LD by trying to do something without success. At of the 30 lucids i have had, i don't think i have had one where i could control everyhing. I am glad i finally stoped the whole dizzy dream fade. That is where i get dizzy fall over and the LD fades. I don't know what is wrong i thought that eventually i would be in control but this is just getting old and it is starting to piss me off. I want to have fun in my LDs not wake up Pissed! Advise would be nice.

Well are you trying to control everything at once? Maybe if you want something to change in your dream take it once step at a time. Like if you want to make a scene appear do techniques like gonig though a door and imagining the place you want to be or flying to the place you want to be. Sometimes even if you know its a dream and it is possible to control it helps to do tricks to fool your mind into controling the dream (like using a magic wand instead of just wishing real hard for something to happen). If this isn't what you mean maybe go into detial about which techniques you have tried to use and failed?

You're probably just letting yourself get in the way. The more frustrated you get with a task, the harder it becomes to do. The next LD you have, just stand in one spot look and know that a cat is about to cross your path. After that cat passes move on to something else. I found that starting with small things that can actually occur in RL well help open you up to creating the impossible. At least this is how I started. Most importantly though, be patient.

Okay there has been LDs when i could do things but not very many things. I have been successful in the door trick once. And one time i convinced myself that if i flaped my arms that i could fly. I usually find putting my
SUB-C in its place helps me. To sum it up.

      Passive control= Works sometimes

      Forceful Control=Never works

Hey, here's my tips to you! Watch Matrix. It'll help!

Haha! No, seriously this time.. (Hehehe.. xD) I have the exact same problem! I've had one good lucid a while back, then everything fell apart. All the lucids I've had later, has been exactly the same. I "wake up" in the dream, becoming lucid, always in a dark enviroment. I'm like, "now I'm gonna FLY!", so I run towards a window, but then I start moving slowly, like my whole body is made of sirup or something. Now, my dreams fades away. Nothing helps, it fades...

Hey, let me know if you find out something usefull man! Some people told me to just stand still for some secounds, look around and collect myself, then make small things appear at first, then go on with bigger things later! ; ) Good luck to us both, and remember, be happy! No point in stressing! : )

I have an idea for me to teleport. If i become lucid and i am in my house i am going to find a DC and ask it why i had my house moved into the middle of *insert place here*. Hopefully if the DC buys it my dream will make the place real. So all i have to do is walk out the front door and there it will be.

      Good idea right^

I am going to work hard on coming up with good passive control methods because my dreams are always so unstable and uncontrollable.
