Another SP Question

First off sorry if this is in the wrong place... didn't really know where it could go. Alright well here's my question. When people are in SP and some people say that it feels like there getting suffocated by someone but they look and no one is there, does this mean you can open your eyes in SP and look around? Also in SP where your feeling the vibrations or whatever, does it actually move your body or does it just feel like it? So say someone was strangling you in SP would you actually move your head and mouth as if you were gasping for air? Last question, is it easy to get out of SP or is it really difficult? i saw a few vids on youtube about people that couldn't really get out of SP and i was just wondering, or does this only happen if they have a REM disorder or something??? Sorry i just find SP very confusing and if i want to WILD properly i want to be able to understand it a little more, and if someone can answer at least one of these questions it would be muchly appreciated
