      Waking Up

Suppose you have a lucid dream where you want to wake up during said dream, so that you can definitely remember it (as you might not have good recall). Can you force your body to awaken?

I personally find it hard. Sometimes I just think to myself "WAKE UP!!" or try to get exited somehow and when my blood pressure increases I automatically wake up.

Paraknight pretty much nailed it. It is possible, but if you can't will it to happen you're going to need to find a work-around.

When I want to wake up, I basically imagine or "feel" myself waking up, and that imagination actually becomes true, with me actually waking up. Don't think too hard on that sentence.
