      I-SILD (Ispy induced lucid dream)

I remember the days when i was kid playing "i spy".
I would have focused so hard on every object in the room to find the right thing in the room beginning with the chosen letter.
      BUT...
What if you could use this to our advantage.
Its because, basically, when we look around, we find ourselves being more AWARE of our surroundings.
If we continously play this game with, say, a little brother or sibling,
it would incorporate into our dreams. Cause we look around we should be able to see abnormailities, which can make us lucid.

Try this new technique of mine and tell me the outcome of using this method.

This is nothing new. You are just talking about increasing awareness, constant vigilance. If you are lucid during the day then you will be lucid during the night.

No need to play any particular "I Spy" game with a sibling.

Edit: Check out Naiya's tutorial for more information. Control+F "The thing that works best".

      Requiem:

I understand the method is not new, but it is a fun method of practicing constant awareness.

This is good because at first I would practice constant awareness by being just aware of my surroundings, but "zzzzzz" just gave me the idea that this process can be fun.

Thanks for posting the idea "zzzzzz"

Innovative technique zzzzz good thinking, I sometimes play I spy with myself. I list everything in my room in a database on my computer and when i'm bored my I tell my computer to randomly select an object within the room, and it lets me know the first letter. I then search my room and type in anything I see that begins with that letter. For example, if my computer throws me a D, I might type 'door hinge' or 'doritos crisp packet' or maybe 'dark blue carpet'.

Its just a case of trial and error really, it's actually a surprisingly easy game to play, and on the plus side it can help raise your awareness as well as helping your spelling skills.

Let me know if anyone wants to try this method and needs to know the rules of I spy, they don't taake long to learn and once you understand them, you'll never forget, just like riding a bike really.

Alternatively.. ride a bike and play it, it's an advanced technique but it might just pay off and really help your awareness.

Haha, I remember when I used to play I Spy with my brother when I was small. He always got so angry because I would spell the words incorrectly (I was really small)

What programming language did you write it in? Can I have a copy of it?
