Thread: My own pale green book:)

Okay well I've never kept a dream journal. I just got a hardback book that I'm going to use as one and I hope it will increase my chances of a lucid dream.

When I turn about 45 I have plans on trying to get it published then people will be able to see all of my world. Wouldn't that be sweet?!

This isn't a diary or a journal book. Its like a hardback book without a title and it has lined paper on the inside. I can't wait to fill it with my experiences.. hahaha

I hope I can fill it with some lucids I've been struggling lately with dreams... I've quit having my nightmares so far though those were crazy...

Just to bring the dreams back

From what I've heard, it's easier to become lucid in a nightmare due to how ridiculous or strange some of them are. Try that next time you get one. Seize control of the dream, and you kill two birds with one stone.
