Actually I find that for the background and theory behind lucid dreaming, those books are great. Also, even though they only provide the raw, uncustomised techniques, I think it might be best for people to start with those, and fit the technique around the way they work for themselves. |

Other than Stephen LaBerge I would say the most renown author on lucid dreaming would be Patricia garfield. She has a bunch out there. |
