My second success!

So I have stopped writing my dream journal as I have lots of studying to do now but you know i remember my dreams well anyways! I usually try to WILD but without no success (starting to think I'm broken!) So last night I decided to have a break...and YEP you guessed it I had a Lucid dream! So in my dream I'm in a car i see lots of people from work playing everything starts to go fuzzy i open the car door and fall on the floor, i say to my self i must be dreaming i keep telling myself how vivid it was it was scary! i start rubbing my hands to stabilize myself I notice my hands are deformed i have stumps for fingers! I then think about what to do I think i wanna have sex! I pick two of my exs I look up in the sky and shoot up high! I fly across london! im flying for ages i pass the river thames and noticed whirlpools for a moment im in the water but continue flying the world is very weird lots of colours! I end up landing on some dock, i wake up!! But it's a false awakening my mum says to me you have been sleeping for 14 hours i'm shocked!! I then said to my sister I had a lucid dream and she said is lucid dreaming bad for your health! D'OH

Haha, well congratz!! Your lucid sounded fun! Just giving our brains a rest from writing down all our dreams, and stopping practicing technique after techinique should be a technique! I have noticed just simply not thinking about dreams, will often get you more vivid dreams, and in your case, a LUCID dream! Keep it up!

Nice, I just had my second LD where I acually did cool stuff. All my other ones were blurry and short. Congrats
