Help Me Develop an LDing "Boot Camp" Routine for the Summer...

Hi! I appreciate everyone's input, novices and experts alike.

I've been working on my dream recall for about 5 months, and have been keeping a dream journal. I'm generally able to recall at least one dream a night, sometimes two or three. I've also had three lucid dreams, with one being a controlled lucid. Because I have a very stressful schedule during the school year, I've found it difficult to really put an effort into developing my LDing skills.

For a number of reasons, my summer schedule will be much, much more relaxing. My job is easy and takes little time, and I'm not taking any classes. Basically, I have few responsibilities and even fewer sources of stress or anxiety. So, along with other RL goals, I've decided to spend my time this summer developing my LDing as much as possible.

What I'd appreciate is any input from the DreamViews community on the best way to spend my time this summer. As I said, I've still got work to do on dream recall, but I've improved significantly. I welcome any advice you all have, as well as any suggestions for an LDing program I could implement. I'm basically free from today until late August, and am ready and willing to put the needed time and energy into becoming a better oneironaut.

Thanks in advance for any help you all can provide!

sammy b a, to get started, I'd recommend that you read the tutorials and simply pick out a couple of techniques that interest you: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25

If you decide to try to WILD, there is also my technique found in my signature below.

Good luck and let us know if you have any questions!

Here's something you should try that I have heard of but haven't tried (yet)
Get a watch that beeps say every 30 min or every hour it doesn't really matter. Every time it beeps do a reality check (specifically ask yourself if you are dreaming), put the watch under your pillow and if it becomes habit you might hear it in your dream (or get used to RC's every hour) and become lucid. I'm planning to try this myself soon so tell me how it goes

You could do the CAT cycle, or be able to do more WBTBs
The burden of proof lies with the one making the claim

      10 Lucids [X]
      Look at my reflection [X]
Dream sex [X] with climax [X]

Yeah, that is what I just started doing. I have a watch that beeps hourly. So every time it beeps I do a reality check. I've only been doing it for like a week so I haven't seen any results yet but I am optimistic.
