Im exactly like you in regards to the thinking about impossible things in real life. "daydream" right? Well there's plently of ways. you could try the "take a week or two break" one or try MILD or WILD, or the WBTB or take melotonin, or do reality checks, dream journal, find your dream sign, trying hypnosis..i could go on and i dont really have time to explain ALL of them..which one interests you the most? perhaps i could do mini-summaries or something |
