Now man am I knackerd
Just got up after going to bed at 10.00pm and eventually dropping of at around 4.00am
Now I'm having real trouble getting control and have woken up every time I have began to dream
between 4.00am and 6.00am I had 5 dreams but could not take control in any
1) Stud at the side of the road with my missies watching what looked like the circus come to town
2) sat at an outdoor cinema watching a movie with my misses
3) on holiday, stud in a shop looking at miniature cats (about 1 cm tall)
now this is the best bit
4) I see a sign for Lucid Yoga training and I head in the direction of where it should be, I find one man in his late 40's practicing on the floor - the next thing I'm walking around a flower garden and find him sitting on a bench I say "are you the Lucid yoga master"
he replies "what do you think"
"I'm having trouble gaining control do you ever have this problem"
"no I've been doing it for over 30 years"
he then speaks his name to me backwards and I reply with mine backwards and he shows a little smile to me
"so what do all these 3 woman have in common" he says and list 3 woman form history
I sit and ponder it for a few seconds , then admit
"I honestly don't know"
"nothing" he says
perplexed I just smile back at him and move on.

Is there an answer in there somewhere ?

5) I was in a car park trying to park my motorcycle

of course there was a lot more detail to all the above that I can recall but I don't want to bore you all with it

any ideas anyone why I can so clearly remember my dreams but cant take control I seem to just wake up without even getting the chance to try though I remember all the dream ? ? ? ?

I have only been doing this for a few days the first time I tried it was very easy and was in complete control
all I can imagine is that I cant find any signs to notify me I'm dreaming - I keep looking for them whilst I'm awake to prove them to myself and keep pushing my fingers in to my palm whilst awake so as I will do so whilst dreaming and go straight through but it's not helping

all the best

Stef

Update
After a little research I have found that REM's don't really begin till after you've been asleep for 5 to 6 hours now seems as I've been awake for so long, maybe I just cant gain control because I'm to dam tired !
I think I'll try and just relax tonight not worry so much about entering LD and hope that when I do enter it I've slept enough to be able to gain control

any other input would be gratefully appreciated
