If you did that, I don't think you were in REM sleep. Sounds more like you got shocked out of deep sleep. If you were in REM sleep, you probably would have awoken. |

Well, I snore and one night my mom tried to wake me up to get me to stop and apparently I sat up stared at her my eyes half closed my mouth half open and said nothing then eventually lay back down. If I was still dreaming, I was as far as I know. So this EILD technique just came to mind a few minutes ago. If you wake someone up you could remind them to say "you're dreaming" or something like that then it may induce a lucid dream also to my knowledge snoring only happens when you are on your back or in a deep sleep *I don't know if that's true someone please confirm?* So you are in REM sleep. That's my idea for a technique if you have any improvements or maybe even times when the same thing happened to you post them below. |
