Dream Recall Induced Lucid Dreaming I was thinking many people keep dream logs and reading them will bring up vivid memories of their dreams and thus even activate the parts of their mind that are used in dream recall, so I was thinking that could be a technical, you read your most vivid dream memories you have written down before bed and then combine that with MILD to get the parts of your brain related to dreaming turned on. Thoughts?

I do this every night. Not my most vivid dreams, but just a few entries in my DJ. I wouldn't call it a technique, though. Dream recall is a key to have lucid dreams, not a technique itself.

this sort of sounds like a DEILD, but instead of thinking of the dream you just had, think over past dreams? does that sound right?
