Is this possible in any way?

First,I dont mean Hallucination,I want to know how to change my view on the world. From that I meen like,I see black roads and orange roads. I change the shapes of building,change the look of a car to my own design. When I say change the view of the world. I mean legit,change anything to what ever I want. Of course I mean mentally. Really Im asking how to make this world (In my mind) anything I want! Please say this is possible,I dont care if it means take 3 hours every day and do this and within a yaer you will notice change. Im willing to do anything. I WANT THIS POWER!

Edit: I dont meen while sitting and being bored,I mean if I walking down the street and I see light pole,be able mentally change the color or shape of it with my imagination!

Lucid Daydreaming

Since I don't believe in false hope, I don't think this is possible at all. Your vision is created by interpretation of vibrations, responses to light frequencies, etc. The best you can hope for is duping yourself to believe you see something different than is actually there, which is how psychosis works.

This is what I think of when I read your post. I don't know if it's possible to do it by will, and have never heard of such a thing being attempted, but perhaps you could attempt it if you really want to, and see how far you can get. :) Maybe start with some hypnosis like in the video. Stare at an object and try to see it a bit differently, small changes at first, like seeing it in a different but similar color (like see something green as blue) or a different shape. Then if you master that, go on from that. It would be interesting if it worked.

I cant do simple tasks like that. Im as thogh incapable to alter anything in reality using my mind. I cant even clearly daydream. When I try its like puleses of light,but its what Im imagining about. I need to grasp the knowledge of using my mind for anything like that really.

Please respond! This info is not enough for me! Still didn't answer my q!

Look into hypnosis. That will do what you want. I'm not sure if you can do it in real time, though.

To me,walking down the street is boring,and I want to change things that would cost 1000$s to change for free. It would add customization to the world. I would just like to be able to edit real world things. It would just be a fun thing to do and would keep me interested.

Any sources I could check out? This is what I want. Imagin sitting at a desk at school looking at the floor. Why not be able to use the floor at a mental canvas to paint your imagination onto. Now looking into this I can tell you some how. You can achieve the ability mentally to do this. It's to the point of going to a doctor who understands all this and askin him/her about it.

I see this ending very badly. Power corrupts and all that. But you'd make yourself crazy before you did much damage to the world.

I'm pretty sure that it is potentially possible for people to alter things with their minds in a manner like you suggest. But people are way too dishonest and lacking in discipline to be able to handle that sort of thing now. Look at how many problems we get into even with simple abstractions like money.

On a serious note. Who knows if this is possible, something that really needs to be studied. I guess I would do some deeper research on atoms, as Einstein had once theorized that if atoms align it could be likely for us to walk through walls. This specific example would be hard to demonstrate as atoms aligning in a way for this to actually occur seems doubtful and pretty strenuous.

another thing to look into would probably be Quantum Mechanics even though the study provides change on a much smaller scale, it could give you insight on what to do on a much larger scale. I'm assuming a lot of math equations and science mumbojumbo which I'm nto good at :[

The only thing I can think of is a certain sleep disorder where patients literally "dream" while awake.

This isnt anything crazy to think OP, I also seek it. The deal is while many sources can tell you of ways to increase your visualization skills, there's very few studies about a significant enhacement, even though there's many studies regarding measurement, including a mental imagery vividness scale. If you want to be realistic, then it isn't possible by natural means, because there's a limit of visualization that is mantained by your neurochemical configuration. Out of the blue, I think serotonin plays a role on it.

When it comes to your scenes,alot of poeple would say anything is possible. Its not something Physical,its all mental.

Why not focus on doing it in your dreams? Lucid dreaming enables you to do this in your dreams, and dreams are quite a large percentage of your life.

Sleep is 6-7 hours out of 24 hours a day. I would like to do it in reality to. Just the power if being able to master your seance of vision. Being able to change anything on command. Then later master all other seances. Be able to change things that you don't like. Many you don't like the color of a school bus. Change it....it would be so cool and useful to be able to alter reality.

I think you are going crazy..
You want too much, you know what happens when one wants too much..? Never ends up happy for sure.
You have your imagination, and it is a good way to alter reality, you don't need anything else.
We have our sleep time to do our dreaming, and disconnect from reality, if you start doing that 24 hrs a day, you will get lost between realms, and eventually do something catastrophic.
And no matter how much you want, you cannot change the shape of the lightpole. It is reality, you can't change it mentally. At least now we can't.

If I were you, I would though talk with an adult whom you respect and who has your best interest at heart in your view about this. I think your desire to change the world is so strong because something is seriously wrong with your world. This should not be ignored, and I think you may need someone else's help to figure this out. You don't have to solve things alone, and strangers over the Internet can only help so much - I think you need a face to face heart to heart talk with someone who is a good listener and wise and experienced, someone you are willing to trust. Most people do not wish to change their world in fundamental ways unless something is fundamentally wrong, their life is not at peace and balance.

Am I mistaken, or loads of people are talking to the OP like he wants to magically change the world? All it seems to me is that he wants to develop extreme visulization skills, or maybe I got lost at some point of the talk xD

Right now it's only school. I view school as a waste of time and if I can do what asked I could take my mind off not finding school important.

You live in America, so a lot of what you learn in school is useless. But if you don't graduate with decent grades life will suck, so daydreaming at school is a bad idea unless you actually have extra time.

From a lot of people's research in LDing I have seen them change the way the brain perceives things after waking, but changing the way that you perceive in waking might be different. I would just recommend LDing for starters as it is the closest to that experience you will find. I will do a little more research on this and get back with you.

I mean use this to make school entertaining. I would listen and all, but change the things around me. I like to interior design.

I remember when I was a kid I used to find church boring, so one time at church I visualized a devil whose tail caught on fire of one of the candles. It was just daydreaming visualization. Probably not high quality, and quite entertaining. I assure you though that it made it impossible for me to listen and pay attention to what the priest was saying. So I think that the better you are at visualizing at school, the worse your attention to school will be, and en the consequences can get ugly and you are likely to regret it later in life, I fear.

It's not more of a focus thing but more like every time il walk into the room,il be amazed at first and then yea. It's not what I'm being taught is boring,but my surroundings.

While drugs may be awesome, OP is looking for a way to keep from being bored all time and using drugs just because you're bored is a pretty terrible habit to get into.

The only time I'm not bored is on the computer,messing around with photoshop. I take pictures of things isee everyday and alter then In photoshop. I want to bring that into the real world,I know it IS possible cause iv seen multiple threads talking about it. I want to bring my creativity tithe real world. (I SUCK at drawing)
