To me,walking down the street is boring,and I want to change things that would cost 1000$s to change for free. It would add customization to the world. I would just like to be able to edit real world things. It would just be a fun thing to do and would keep me interested.

Any sources I could check out? This is what I want. Imagin sitting at a desk at school looking at the floor. Why not be able to use the floor at a mental canvas to paint your imagination onto. Now looking into this I can tell you some how. You can achieve the ability mentally to do this. It's to the point of going to a doctor who understands all this and askin him/her about it.
