Edit: I dont meen while sitting and being bored,I mean if I walking down the street and I see light pole,be able mentally change the color or shape of it with my imagination!

I didn't hear it was possible. I'm Asking if it is or not, the only reason I made this thread is cause with the power of the human mind,anything internally is really possible. Just need to find the right methods.

Look into hypnosis. That will do what you want. I'm not sure if you can do it in real time, though.
