So I never really believed in ghosts or all that crap. In fact I don't really believe in an afterlife. But there have been some strange things happening recently. |

Conveniently ignoring the countless times people leave stuff in a place and still have it there when they return. I very rarely have to hunt for an item since I'm good at remembering where I put them. Apparently the art to defeating ghosts is to keep your house tidy and have a decent memory. Would have made Ghostbusters' jobs a lot easier. |

This is a white USB drive against a blue bed. Its not something you miss, especially when you check in the exact place you found it twice. I ran my hand all over the bed in case I was just being blind, too. |
|
There are still more plausible explanations than ghosts. I would have to see what exactly happens for myself, but the cup can be explained by a muscle twitch (something completely unexpected and involuntary) and the USB drive can be simple forgetfulness. I run into similar scenarios frequently, but chalk it up to me just constantly forgetting where I put things. There is also the possibility it ended up under a fold on the quilt, etc. |
|
I was thinking about that too. Before the USB drive appeared I flapped a the quilt at the end of my bed to see if it was in there. Its possible it then landed by the camera. I know for a fact the USB drive was not near the camera before this (so please, we can rule out accidentally not seeing it) but it does seem likely it was hidden in the quilt (as I was sitting there before it was missing) and fell out. |

I don't understand the inductive step between 'strange things happen' and 'the physical embodiment of a dead person's soul caused the strange things to happen', could you please explain it to me? |

Luminous Spacious Dream Masters That Holographically Communicate
among other teachers taught me
not to overestimate the Value of our Concrete Knowledge;"Common sense"/Rationality,
for doing so would make us Blind for the unimaginable, unparalleled Capacity of and Wisdom contained within our Felt Knowledge;Subconscious Intuition.
Its continued to happen in my house in different ways, oddly enough. |

I personally never used to believe in ghosts, or should I say I was open minded to the possibility if someone could prove it. I have to say my belief in ghosts now is a lot stronger than my belief in a god or gods due to the fact there seems to be more evidence about (like witnessing good mediums such as Derek Ogilvie and Lisa Williams). Anyhoo to me it does sound as if you have a playful ghost. My advice would be to talk to it, whether or not you believe its there, and ask it to please leave you and move on to where it should go. At worst you will feel a bit silly and at best maybe these things will stop happening to you and your family. Good luck! |
