hi guys.first i should mention that my english is not good and here is my funbook :d

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
i don't want to share with you because i ashamed of it:D
but first time i accidentally got lucid and i use Nose pinch to sure i am in a dream.

MILD

Don't feel bad about your lucid history, alot of members have only a few lucid dreams or less before joining DreamViews. We're here to help you increase that number :)

Anyway, congrats on the lucid you had. You should start a dream journal here if you haven't already. Unless you keep a written one elsewhere. Good luck and I look forward to your progress. Let me know if you need any help with the lessons.
