      Red face ArashMiniStar's Workbook

      hi guys.first i should mention that my english is not good and here is my funbook :d

      Reality Checks:
      -Nose pinch (really love it)
      -counting fingers
      Dream Signs:
      my school and my school friends!!!
      Short-Term Goals:
      -Improve recall
      -Change my current induction technique
      -create real life in dream!!
      Long-Term Goals:
      i love to publish a book about LD and my experiences in persian
      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      i don't want to share with you because i ashamed of it
      but first time i accidentally got lucid and i use Nose pinch to sure i am in a dream.
      Current Technique:
      MILD
      also trying WILD

      Don't feel bad about your lucid history, alot of members have only a few lucid dreams or less before joining DreamViews. We're here to help you increase that number

      Anyway, congrats on the lucid you had. You should start a dream journal here if you haven't already. Unless you keep a written one elsewhere. Good luck and I look forward to your progress. Let me know if you need any help with the lessons.
