Hi Everyone! Welcome to my workbook. :)
I started lucid dreaming about a year ago, and I was fortunate enough to be able to conjure a few lucid dreams. Then I went back to school in September, and could not make a conscious effort to dream anymore, being very busy. But now, I hope to refine my skills and come closer to grasping the wonderful thing that is lucid dreaming.
Reality Checks:
-Check time then check again
-Switching the lights on and off

Dream Signs:
-Tomato plants
-My mother

Short-Term Goals:
-Have at least one lucid dream this month
-Solve my 'dream blindness' issue

Long-Term Goals:
-Be able to have a few, relatively long lucid dreams a month
-Master the WILD & WBTB technique

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-I do not believe myself to have very good dream recall. If I do not make effort to remember, I do not remember at all, unless something triggers a memory in the morning. I do try to record my dreams daily in my dream diary, but I find it difficult to stay consistent with it. However, lately I have been making good progress with the number and the extent I remember my dreams a night.
Current Technique:
-Mostly WBTB, but also DEILD and DILD. I aspire to learn the WILD technique.
