Welcome to my workbook

Reality Checks:
-Can I pull this bracelet through my wrist? (I never take this bracelet off)
-How many fingers do I have?
-Is my tattoo in the same place?
-If everything is clear, am I wearing my glasses?

Dream Signs:
-Seeing my pet Bearded Dragon (In my dreams there is always something weird with it)
-Being completely alone
-Seeing or smoking weed ( I don't smoke weed)
-Surreal Space-like vistas
-Floating away
-Being in a car and driving too fast
-Really mean and commanding dream characters (most I don't recognize)

Short Term Goals:
-Lucid Dream
-Get FILD and WILD Down

Long Term Goals:
-To be able to have extra time in a day to relax and ponder
-Full Control

Dream Recall History:
-1 or 2 dreams per night. Often times nothing when I am woken up by someone.

Current Technique:
-FILD (Finger induced). It's not working.. I always forget to move my fingers or reality check.

Mantras:
-Is this a Dream?
