Disturbing dreaming...

This is my first time posting in any forum and I would love to know what this dream means. I seem to be able to go back to the dream frequently but I'm always missing one thing. My dreams pllays in Iraq, where I am currently stationed, and I am on my way to the bathroom. I get stabed in the side by someone, just once. I sink to the ground, I scream for my boyfriend who is als stationed out here, and while I am terrified that the person who stabbed me will return, I crawl behind a barrier. By this time I am frantically crying and screaming his name to come get me. My boyfriend comes to me and all of a sudden I vomit a bunch of pink or clear syrup like substance and a fetus into my hands! It is definitely not a baby but unmistakenly a human fetus, around 12 to 16 weeks gestation maybe. If I can stay asleep long enough, my friend will take the fetus and put it into the stab wound and carry me off to I don't know where... What does this mean?!?! I need some help. and who the heck is stabbing me? I can't even tell male or female, big, small... anything. All I feel is stab and then panic.

I doubt it means anything. As I understand it, everyone has weird dreams. I love them. They're always pretty interesting. Then again, it might mean something. That's not what I study here though. If the dream is recurring, I'd talk to someone about it or look it up on Google. According to Wikipedia, recurring dreams have "invited many interpretations." you should check out "the interpretation of dreams" by sigmund freud. that is, you should check it out if you want to confuse yourself more than you already were. or blame your dreaming on anal fixation. anyways, its something to consider
