Hey guys! |

I'm still new too, so I haven't had much time to fully experiment with all of the methods, but DILD has worked for me through the use of reality checks. I try to, several times during the day, just ask myself if anything weird is going on, maybe perform a reality check. I'm beginning to see a few dream signs, which seem to be dying pets, video games, and school. |

Welcome, TA. Along with building recall and doing RCs, reading other people's experiences and methods improves my odds quite a bit. I think the more thought you devote to dreams, the more likely you are to recognize when you're dreaming. |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama
Thanks for the advice, guys! |

Yes, anytime something seems off IRL, I do a RC. Even if I know I'm awake. I've been reading DJ's daily and such, and I'm just being patient. It's funny how I get excited to go to bed lol. |
