      hi all

      Well this is my first time posting on this site and i hope for it not to be my last . I have been reading about lucid dreaming for about a mouth now and i had my first lucid dream last night. I was only in for about 30 seconds then i lost control but it was still an amazing experience and hopefully i will experience it many more times.

      Next time try some stabilizing techniques like rubbing your hands, touching and feeling the objects in your dream world, and revolving yourself around.
