      Shift over...

      Alright, craziest thing in the world happened to me last night. I was listening to a "hypno" file that I found on this site that someone had posted and I was in the trance but still concious as to what my body was doing.
      All the sudden my eyes jolted to the right and it felt like my whole body inside turned and had started spinning fast!!! I suddenly couldn't feel my bed anymore, it felt as though I were laying in mid-air. I tried for the rest of the night to do the same thing but it didn't happen.
      Then in my guitar class today I decided to take a nap and threw on the "hypno" file and once again it happened, not as strong but it happened.
      What does this mean??
      Has anyone else had this experience???

      Haha yeah, i downloaded the "induction" one, and the third time I listened to it, the SAME EXACT thing happened to me... but I freaked out and threw the headphones off my head... I have'nt been able to do it since, but I guess it just takes practice.
