      Sleeping, can only sleep on my side?

      Well, i was looking at Subliminal Lucid Dreaming 3.0 (something along the lines of that) on these forums. The thread said that you need to listen to it before bed, my headphone are not earphone but big headphones. To listen to the track i need to be lying with my face to the ceiling but i can never sleep on my back and only on my sides and my headphones prevent me from doing that? I've tried sleeping on my back for as long as i can remember but i just could never do it, it isn't necessarily uncomfortable i just can't. Any tips on how i can start doing this?

      I know how you feel, I always sleep on my side and sleeping on my back just feels weird and I can't do it unless I'm extremely tired. Maybe if you prop your pillow a certain way or lay with your head leaning toward one side?

      buy different headphones. try the in-ear type. i am like you, and can only sleep on my side, and i also listen to a lot of different things while i sleep. i use the in-ear headphones, and i can lay on my side without being bothered by the headphones. good luck.

      The evening hangs beneath the moon, a silver thread on darkened dune.
      With closing eyes and resting head; I know that sleep is coming soon.

      Upon my pillow, safe in bed,
      A thousand pictures fill my head,

      I cannot sleep , my mids aflight;
      and yet my limbs seems made of lead.
