      Almost Lucid

      Last night, I was dreaming, and somehow I decided to do a RC. I did the nose pinch, and it came POSITIVE!(i could breath through it) but somehow I believed I was half dreaming, so i lost any lucidity I might have had. So close!

      I a lot of the time I get confused as to what the nose pinch coming out positive means and so I just assume I am dreaming. I would suggest trying more than 1 reality check. Like the hand one or trying to remember how you got there.

      It's up to you to decide whether you were truly "lucid" (knowing you were in the dream), but regardless, congratulations on getting that far!

      I think it works different for everyone. Last night I had a semi-lucid dream. I did the nose RC and was shocked into partial lucidity. Before I had a say in anything my body did 2 more RCs, which sucked me back in. So maybe you only need one.
