Welcome
What I mean is Id be dreaming and wake up, but not completely and the dream I was having and reality would mix.
Kind of sounds like a false awakening? So if I'm clear, you mean you would dream that you have woken up, right?
For example I can remember having a dream about someone standing in my room and looking at me, and then halfway waking up and seeing my sweater hanging up near my closet, then pulling that conscious image back into my dream and the image of the sweater was now the outline of the person in my dream.
This sounds like a great way for you to do WILDs (wake induced lucid dreams) From the sounds of it, your sweater became a visual hallucination, and you were able to train your mind to remember that it's your sweater as you fell back to sleep and the sweater melded into a dream. At least, that's my take on it. But anyways, it's a WILD, nonethless
Some people do this through sound. Think of a white-noise sound, like a fan. Some people start hearing sounds coming from the fan, that can turn into speaking, which leads into a dream
What took place after that was like I said not exactly something I want to go into detail about.
Hah, that reminds me of my last lucid, where I told the dream character, "We're going to do it, now!" and they looked utterly shocked! And I'm a 27 year old female
