Hey, First Night Dream Need Help! (Please)

Hey i am new here and i gotta say that it is cool to be here this place is SWEET!

I tried to become lucid in a dream last night and it didn't work

I had read during that day about the RC's and keeping a DJ. So i had done loads of RC's during the day and i had my DJ next to my bed.

So before i fell asleep i kept saying i will be lucid i will be lucid. The i went to sleep around 12 at night and woke up at 2. I wrote in my DJ that i had a dream where i was at work and that i did a RC and it didn't say i was dreaming but i knew i was. That is all i can remember and i think in the dream knowone was there it was just me i think? I really can't remember the dream now i have woke up but i did straight after i woke up at 2 because i wrote it down!

Any help or advice?

It will take a while before your dreams become a lot more clear and easy to remember. If you keep writing in your dream journal RIGHT AWAY as you wake up, you'll see a huge difference in your recall in a weeks time.

You have to just keep practicing and trying! Keep thinking about the dream world you'd like to visit (compare it to what you see around you all day!), keep doing RCs, keep getting a FULL nights sleep, and most importantly, write in your dream journal as SOON as you wake up!
