      Struggling to go lucid..

i posted here just over a month ago, explaining my first LD.. But i couldnt go lucid again unfortunately. The first time i went lucid, i just went straight to bed, quite early thinking "right im gonna try and go lucid and im gonna realize im dreaming " and i was woken up by my mother and then i went back to sleep again, and i became lucid when i was in my friends kitchen in my dream.

Recently i have been having this problem where when i am asleep, my head feels tingly, and i am extremely dizzy, and the whole room is spinning around me and i am falling over around my bedroom. Im not always falling over, sometimes i just have the horrible tingly feeling in my head but i am layed still but shuffling in bed. This nightmarish feeling usually only happened when i was in bed with my girlfriend, but recently its been happening when i am alone aswel. I had it before i first went lucid, and it was one of the reasons i wanted to try lucidity. After i became lucid, this wierd sensation that was ruining my sleep actually stopped.

The other night, i wanted to stay up all night and play some pc games, because i had a day off tommorow and i was getting really into this great game. But when it got to about 8AM i wanted to go to sleep, because i kept nodding off when sat in my pc chair. i got into bed and as soon as i put my head on the pillow i fell asleep, and the wierd tingling started, and again i was stumbling around my bedroom in my dream. But when i fell on the floor in my dream i stopped and stared at the floor and the objects on the floor, and realized im dreaming and became lucid. but the tingly feeling didnt go away, i tried flying and it made me go out of control and like my first lucid dream i became destructive and started to trash my own bedroom and i threw my favourate guitar out of the window, and then woke up. I havent been able to go lucid since then.

You know, mm, don't worry about it. I haven't had an LD since last month. It's possible that you're going through a dry spell, but hopefully it will pick up soon. Just keep at it! No work towards it is waste.
