You cant do WILD while going to sleep. You have to wake after 5-6 hours of sleep for WILD. MILD and DILD inductions can be carried on during the start of the sleep. |

Hey guys I have been attempting WILDs and DILDs (by doing reality checks during the day) and what is different about my WILD technique I try it as I go to bed I lie down on my back, and visualize my drea scene and about 10-20 minutes in my body starts vibrating and goes numb then I feel my bed isn't there then I start hallucinating and the room slightly spinning. But then I feel I am in a Lucid dream and I get paranoid that it is a false awakening and I sit up and do a reality check but it always fails. So my question is can I do WILDs as I go to bed and if I can any tips on getting into my dream world while doing this thanks guys and happy dreaming |

If a man believes his dream is his reality when he wakes up is this now his dream or does he believe he hadn't been dreaming at all?
