      Is this a GIFT?

Hey guys I have been attempting WILDs and DILDs (by doing reality checks during the day) and what is different about my WILD technique I try it as I go to bed I lie down on my back, and visualize my drea scene and about 10-20 minutes in my body starts vibrating and goes numb then I feel my bed isn't there then I start hallucinating and the room slightly spinning. But then I feel I am in a Lucid dream and I get paranoid that it is a false awakening and I sit up and do a reality check but it always fails. So my question is can I do WILDs as I go to bed and if I can any tips on getting into my dream world while doing this thanks guys and happy dreaming

If a man believes his dream is his reality when he wakes up is this now his dream or does he believe he hadn't been dreaming at all?

You cant do WILD while going to sleep. You have to wake after 5-6 hours of sleep for WILD. MILD and DILD inductions can be carried on during the start of the sleep.

No, you technically can. However, it's ridiculously hard, and definitely not worth the effort.

This is the ideal way to WILD. Well, this and afternoon naps.
