Hey. I'm new to the site, so I'll introduce myself. My name is Josh and I'm 17. I started controlling my dreams when I was like 6ish. I'm trying to go through some suggested steps to get back into a state where I can have lucid dreams. I finally found a version of that relaxation track that was in another post a few weeks ago. I listened to it twice I think and while it helped me relax, I couldn't have a lucid dream. Anyone else have any suggestions on how to get into that state? I understand that two times wasn't enough to work necessarily, but I just ended a media fast and I couldn't get to the track at the time. I'll try it again, but until then I'd really like to get some more advice. If this is too general or I should just get more information, the administrators can delete this post. I just wanted to say hey, introduce myself, and throw that out there.
