      Red face Excited, about to go to sleep, will post results in the morning!

      I just realized that I WILDed and DEILDed yesterday, ad my first try, and I was already getting used to the feeling of Lucidity. I will try again tonight people! Post results in the morning!

      [X] Fly, [X] Have a stable LD, [X] Telekinesis, [] Shoot fire out of my hands, [] Breathe underwater. [] Breathe Fire. More to add later.

      I failed horribly. I couldn't even get to sleep. I slept in burst or whatever, but I didn't LD or even recall a dream... Any tips on keeping myself calm?

      Try not to get confused with WILD and DEILD, are you sure you actually did these, and not just a normal DILD?

      Sometimes the excitement of wanting to lucid dream can cause insomnia. You need to not try to lucid dream, but only try to go to sleep with the intention of remembering your dreams. This should help with the insomnia and recall.

      Ok, thanks Rathez. I had a WILD, then woke, didn't move, SP'd and had another more controllable LD. And I was told by many that my technique was much like a WILD, except a little different.

      Ah ok. I wasn't doubting you; just a lot of new dreamers get confused with the harder induction techniques.

      Anyways, I had an insomnia problem too. I found I quickly fixed this once I stopped focusing so much on staying aware in dreams, but rather just focusing on remembering dreams and going to sleep.

      Just close your eyes and don't think. Let the images flow through!
