Thanks! I'm just sorta doubtful cause I only started recording my dreams a day and a half ago, and I thought I had another dream after it started going black, though now that I think about it that dream felt awfully unstable as well, and it only lasted a minute or so. This whole process seems pretty crazy to me, seeing how it's really all in your head, and I can't wait to get better at it!

EDIT: This is pure speculation, but I'm guessing this happened so quickly because the dream seemed to be an exact extension of what I was doing before I fell asleep, which was trying not to fall asleep on the couch I've been on all day. Having been trying to get into the habit of doing reality checks in this environment for a day or so now, I guess this was pretty much the optimal situation for me to do a reality check.
