Well I'm steadily remembering more dreams, but...

even though I'm now remembering seeing the weirdest things in the world I'm still not in any way questioning the bizarre range of things that I see. I constantly forget to RC when I'm awake, so I think that's a big factor.

Can anyone suggest when they do RC's during the day to give me some ideas of the consistent things that I might see daily to remind me to do one?

      Thanks
      Things to do 2012/13:
Write dreams in my journal every day [ ] Practice reality checks as often as possible [ ] Start having lucid dreams again [ ] Try to create a continuous dream world i.e. each lucid picks up from where the last left off - could be fun.. or impossible [ ]

It depends on your daily routine and life style. The common RCs are pinching the nose and trying to breath, and trying to press one finger on the other palm. But variations can be experimented. I tried successfully the PASSWORD technique. As attached to PC always, I used to key in the password to my email accounts regularly. When at dream, whatever I key in as the password, the account usually opens.
To fulfill your Sleep, you have to Dream,
To fulfill your Dreams, you have to Wake up.

Hello. Met you in the chat a few minutes ago

Try every time you walk through a doorway, every time you go to the bathroom, every time you say a certain word, etc.

      Good luck

cheers goldenaxel, was nice to meet you too and I think your suggestion rocks as well. Every time I answered the phone would be a bit insane for me because Im a recruitment consultant but there are other things I could try now that you both have me thinking!
