Well after a long time of thinking I was strange, I finally decided to use the marvelous tool google to search out being able to control dreams, which after a while of reading I found you term it lucid dreaming.
I am 24 <as of two days ago, yay> and from what I can remember, being able to control my dreams started when I was around 10 years old. I would have the same recurring nightmare about walking down the stairs when it was dark, and there would be lights flying around the living room that would scare me. <they never attacked me, just brought on fear> Until one day when I realised that things seemed differant than they should, and then I turned the light on. And never had the same dream since

Since then, I have been a regular lucid dreamer <has gotten more so over the years> And im not sure quite how to put it, but over time I have developed my 'powers'.
A lot of things that I wished to do in early years I simply couldnt, and there were a lot of times in lucid dreams where I thought about some bad scenario, and it would happen, resulting in a dream where I would become afraid and wake up.

But as time has passed, I have become better at it. It seems that every few weeks a new experience crops up, and in gamer terms it feels that every so often I gain new skills. <most recently it has been able to control the day and night cycle by moving the sun in the sky>

Anyway, I found this site and will be interested to read more, maybe find some techniques to control my dreams for longer, as a lot of the time they make me wake up. Hopefully I can read and learn some new tricks (I have never been able to control others actions, and trying to find someone has always been hit and miss)

Anyway for now, sandii out. Looking forward to browsing through your site
