Just wanted to let you guys know that the other night I had my first real LD. I had been having a lot of trouble staying in the dreams after attaining lucidity, but the other night I finally did. I realized I was dreaming and started to feel like I was going to wake up, I just closed my eyes and imagined that I was sliding down a long dark tunnel and that at the end of the tunnel was my dream world. Strangely enough, after a few seconds of sliding, I saw the end of the tunnel coming and I slid out and into a room. All the colors were so cool and everything was so vivid. I saw a window and decided to fly out of the window. I flew through a closed window and started flying up into the trees. However, I couldn't maintain the flight I would just kind of float up to a point and start to come down again. If anybody can give me some tips... I think it's just that I need to practice more and my brain needs to realize that I can fly in the dream. Overall my dream was about 5-6 minutes. |

Congratulations chann! |

i dont know how to fly |
|
FLY? i would love to fly, i have not done any more but flout, it would be so cool to fly! |

first off, chann the reason you for floating may be caused by not having anything to fly by or around, meaning you fly so high to the point where theres nothing around you to fly around or by so try thinking about a big city with lots a high buildings like New York City. than tell me how that works out for you........... |

I also recent had a good lucid(Been awhile). I have difficulty flying sometimes. I found flapping my arms does help. I just up and flap and I eventually get at least some sort of flight. I've heard using a rocket pack is a good one. |

Just because you aren't paranoid. Don't mean they're not after you.
