      While trying to WILD

Last night and the night before while i was attempting to WILD i felt a paint in the from left side of my head and also when i would start to feel numb all over and tingly my head would arch backwards. These aren't going to stop me from trying but i am wondering if anyone else has had things like that happen and if it went away after moer practice. all responses are appriciated

I have had a similar experience, although not while trying to WILD. It was sort of in my temple and shook my whole body. I just assume it's part of the 'vibrations' that are common when attempting WILD and OBEs.

Or maybe what I felt was completely different and you are just special .

      Good luck.

Hey, don't worry about it. A lot of weird things happen when you WILD. If it is too painful to bear then put a hold on WILD.

If it starts happening without WILD then its not a very good sign.

Yeah, I almost always get that tingly sensation. However, last night alone I had a total of 7 LD's and i finally figured out a slightly different way to WILD without having that strong tingly sensation. Talk about a fun night.

The method I used was waking up often in the morning during a sleep in. Eventually every time I fell back to sleep it would be a sort of WILD.

It wasnt really a method, just a lot of noisy people in my house when I was trying to sleep in. It worked though.

It was amazing. One right after another. But you have to keep in mind, the only time I'm able to consistently do this is during the daytime, especially in the morning. This morning for example, i had about 5 or 6 in a row. However none of them lasted very long. I have a terrible cold and it was difficult to sleep well, which kept waking me up and made me lose lucidity while trying to stabilize the dreams. The longest one was maybe 15 dream minutes or so.

80% of my wilds occur by me "getting out of my bed in the dream". It seems that over and over again, right as i'm about to fall asleep you can pay more attention because it is easier to slip into a dream state. It's just a matter of knowing when this happens to bring you right into lucidity. I'll usually try to grab something in my bedroom and look at it twice to see if the text on it changes. And of course it always does because i'm dreaming. It's not like I would get out of bed just to check a book cover while nice and cozy Sometimes it can be VERY difficult to get out of bed though in the dream and i experience that tingly numb state that alot of people experience. It can be hard to overcome.

This morning I also had a MILD where i noticed a friend in a dream that i hadn't seen in months, and knew there was no way it could be real, i eventually stabilized that dream and it lasted the longest before i had a coughing fit that woke me up.
