ive had three lucid dreams now

Right after i posted asking for help because i couldnt become lucid, i went to sleep, and went lucid that same night. I think that the more time i spend putting thought into this, coming on the website, trying WILD, noting down awareness practises, the more easy it becomes to become lucid. Ive had two lucid dreams in 1 month, and i only had 1 the month before that or maybe 2 months i cant rememeber.

In my dreams i always seem to be crouched down or looking at the floor, when i realise im dreaming. So i think that my dream sign is kinda the ground? Because looking at the ground just makes me think "is this real?". In my last lucid dream, i was looking at the ground and i was extremely dizzy and my head fealt very tingly, and the room was spinning around me. Its a very nightmarish feeling that makes me feel scared, but i looked at the ground and realized im dreaming because again i looked at the floor, and looked at the objects on the floor in detail. i knew i was dreaming and i told my college mate that i was dreaming and he told me he didnt care =( I went home did some simple math, i remember speakming out loud "1 + 1 = 2, 2 + 2 = 4, 4 + 4 = 8, 8 + 8 = 16, and then i tried to fly by asking my other college mate to come and show me. I pushed off the ground and floated in mid air, and tried to fly out of my window but i couldnt because they are nailed shut for security reasons so my disabled brother doesnt try and jump out. i didnt understand because my college mate materialized through the window and i couldnt =(

when i dont check out this forum for a while, i seem to lose my dream awareness as though i am subconciously "not bothering". I need a way to practise making my awareness better than it is. That last dream was about a week ago now.
      wtf

A dreamsign is a person, place, or thing that represents something about your life. Your roomate represents someone in your life. I hope you have happy lucid dreams and welcome to the forum.

So many variables, so little knowledge.
