Hey this is my first time posting here but i've been reading the last few days a little on the site, Over the last week i have tried to keep up a journal of my dreams just as the site explains, as far as how many i've actually been able to wake up and remember, only 1. But each night i have more and more dreams that i know i have, when i wake up in my mind i see slight snippits from the nights dreams, i'm sure you all know what i'm talking about, but how do i train myself to wake up more to be able to write them down, and in tons better detail as well. But i do know that i have been having pretty vivid dreams through the nights, more and more occasionally, but i just don't remember what they were as the day goes on, to actually pick out my dream signs. Any suggestions?

Also read about WILD the other night, and i've experienced the sensations and visions of waves of light going across your vision, and light patterns in your eyes, as well as the numbness and slight vibrations associated with WILD, but this way before reading about the WILD process and training yourself, but i have yet to get to the point of seeing frames of visions and snippits of dreams. But now when i have the same visual and body sensations, and for some reason it happens to scare me in a way almost to the point of me waking myself up, and not going any farther, not sure why i am scared, but its not really a huge scare for me, just mabey a little unnerving to know what is really going on i guess. Any suggestions on how to battle those feelings and actually be able to have the WILD experience?

Anyone else ever get a little unnerving about what is going on, and get just a tad bit on the scared side, and intentionally back out? Or mabey its just me
