      Hoodsie the noob here!

Ok, so, I really want to be able to lucid dream. However... I'm having some troubles finding the right way to try.

I've tried WILD a few times, but from the "phases" I've seen i haven even managed to do get into phase one despite trying for many hours.

I'd like to try another aproach, any chance anyone can tell me the way they got into lucid dreaming and what worked for them, also can i please be told about the time it takes?

      Thanks vm

Hey Hoods. I found that LD came surprisingly easily when I just made things like mantras ("I will remember my dreams.") and reality checks a part of my life.

Ah awsome, so how long did that take?

Also, did you keep a dream journal?

Only a few days once I started the mantras and reality checks.

I keep a dream journal but I barely remembered dreams til recently anyway.

Also, I find the digital clock RC easiest to notice. But I'm surrounded by digital clocks while I'm awake anyway. Dyou wear a digital watch?

I know a few people put a big RC on the back of their hand. I only just started doing that today, so I don't know how well it'll work.

I don't like the idea of writing something in the hands. I'd rather use other RCs, like just counting your fingers or pinching your nose and trying to breath.
