I've been testing something the last nights

I have tried something that i think is called "3'd eye-technique".. (correct me if i'm wrong)..

what i do is that i go to bed, and lie on my back (this is the most relaxing way for me to sleep),
and then i start to relax all my muscles, from toe to top, starting at the toes.
then i look up, with my eyes closed, i look up as much as i can, and focus, as if there is something there that i need to look at.
It's really easy to get distracted, but then i just move my eyes up again, and focus..

Then after a while, it feels like a wave of heat, just flowing through my body reall fast, and my hearing dissappears for a second, and gets replaced with this loud
strange low-frequency sound, and goes away after a couple of seconds (this is a really really nice feeling i think ).ø
Then after that, it feels like my skin on the backside of my head get's pulled off my head, and get's streched down into my pillow..
it does not scare me, i just try to think that it's a "good" feeling (it does not hurt, it's just really really strange)..
Then what happend after that was that i got this feeling that i was vibrating, really fast, and that i started to float..
but then i was so damn stupid that i opened my eyes, and canceled the whole thing.. and i did not get it back, just almost..

But i will continue on this, and try it every night, untill i know what happens when i manage to go furter...
And if someone else has tried something simmilar, then it would be nice to read about it

      (sorry for my miss-spellings etc..)

i always get a tingling feeling in my head, like pins'n'needles, and the whole room seems to spin around me, and i feel as though i am falling out of my bed but im not, and anything i imagine starts to feel as though i am actually there.
      wtf

Seems to me like its the first few stages of WILD when you get SP or sleep paralysis, up to the transition stage, i love the feeling, just cant get past the transistion stage actually into lucidity.

I tryed that more then a couple times last night but it wasn't working at all, the only thing that seemed at all sucsessful was the rush of warmness. After that i would stay in the same position and and all but it wouldn't work. Sooooo if you have any idea why then tell me

i think that you dont need to try too hard, sometimes when i almost give up and just stop thinking about it, i get "further"
just try different things, last night it helped if i was thinking that i was outside, and visualized that i was actually there..

I have never heard of that but it really does sounds like WILD to me, at least the beginning. Keep up the good work!
Love like you have never been hurt before
