      Another Newbie

      Hey everyone... Shaker here...

I'll just jump into this real quick...

I work in the Air Force as an avionics technician on helicopters... I've been stationed here at hurlburt field and on okinawa... While stationed in the pacific I've had some odd recurring dreams of driving a fast car and not quite making it a quarter mile... I do remember the dreams clearly being on a dragstrip and though I could never quite make out the make and model of the car I'm driving, it was always a yellow car, always ending up on fire and crumpled into a wall....

Now back in high school i've always wanted that 99 Dodge Dakota in yellow.... These days of this I've never really been into racing or going fast in a car or anything like that... I just find it odd that currently.................. I drive a yellow mustang GT.... and I love racing.... so far I've never been to a 1/4 mile track, only 1/8 mile tracks... Can anyone help decide if I should be worried about this? I know and understand NMRA rules and all that concerning safety and what to do in case something goes wrong, but thankfully I haven't had this dream for about 2 years now. I've had this car for 3.

      Thanks
      Shaker

      Hi
I'm kind of new at this but if it were me I'd first use that yellow car as a dream sine to become aware you are dreaming. Then just believe anything you want. For instance I would think of the car as being lighter than air then I would fly it like a chopper. I flew a lot in my dreams before I even knew what Lucid Dreaming was. So after reading about the different methods of flight (in a dream),there was a helicopter maneuvering and imitating my every move. So I tried blasting power from my feet like a jet. I went very fast but the chopper kept up with me. Then I woke up. I’ve only had 4 lucid dreams but look forward to being able to change them at wile. Have a happy
